You could try increasing the air pressure in the tank, it is one way to increase the pressure. It sounds like you need more flow to meet the gallons per minute requirement of the irrigation system. With the depth of your well, a larger pump could reduce the water level and the pump could run dry. You might want to talk to a hydrologist or a drilling contractor before making a decision. good luck
there should be a pressure regulating switch somewhere on your system that activates the pump when pressure drops and cuts it off when operating pressure is attained. you should be able to change the settings on the regulator to raise the cutoff pressure in the system
You need a larger pump. The problem is you will probably draw the well down by doing so and suck air. Have the well checked before increasing the pump size. Your tank has nothing to do with pressure. It only prevents the pump from short cycling.
